How to access the online disclosure information

Click on the ‘disclosure’ link to access information on the home.  When you log onto the site, you will be asked for a transaction number.  It is 368955-367399.  It is standard practice for sellers to provide information about the property to prospective buyers.  This is typically done by way of online disclosures.  In the links on this property page is link to ‘disclosures’.  When you click on that, you will be asked for your contact name and email.  Then the trasaction number above.  Yes, I might follow up with you or your realtor to see if you have questions, but it is only fair my clients know who is getting more details about their home.  Every agent formats it a little differently and provides different information.  I believe the most information I can provide you about the home, the better you can make decisions.  This is a trustee sale which means the seller is exempt from having to complete what we call the TDS and SSSC.  I can explain that to you more if you want me to.  But come to the house and read the inspections and you will get a pretty good idea of the condition of the home.
