Offer instructions

The open houses this weekend drew interest from as far south as Morgan Hill and as far north as Burlingame.  I finished the broker tour Friday at 1:30 with 200 brochures and by 3:45 today had run out.  I estimate a dozen people have looked at disclosure information as of this morning.  If you want to write an offer on 1530 Medford Drive in Los Altos, have your agent call me.  If you don’t have an agent, let me know.  I can recommend a reputable one.  I will be making appointments for the morning of this Thursday 11/5 for agents to present their offers.  If your agent calls me in the next couple of days, I will update him/her with the other interest that has been expressed in the property.  Goodness, it looks like multiple offers in entry Los Altos real estate is back.  Your faithful realtor, Connie
