The open houses this weekend drew interest from as far south as Morgan Hill and as far north as Burlingame. I finished the broker tour Friday at 1:30 with 200 brochures and by 3:45 today had run out. I estimate a dozen people have looked at disclosure information as of this morning. If you want to write an offer on 1530 Medford Drive in Los Altos, have your agent call me. It is standard practice for sellers to provide information about the property to prospective buyers. This is typically done by way of online disclosures. In the links on this property page is link to ‘disclosures’. When you click on that, you will be asked for your contact name and email. Then the trasaction number above. Yes, I might follow up with you or your realtor to see if you have questions, but it is only fair my clients know who is getting more details about their home. Every agent formats it a little differently and provides different information. I believe the most information I can provide you about the home, the better you can make decisions. This is a trustee sale which means the seller is exempt from having to complete what we call the TDS and SSSC. I can explain that to you more if you want me to.
